How do I pay for testing?

Laboratory services are available through your healthcare practitioner. Ask your practitioner about possible payment options.

Does Pharmasan Labs submit testing to insurance?

No, Pharmasan Labs does not submit to insurance. An itemized invoice will be provided to patients to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement.

My healthcare practitioner does not accept insurance. Can I obtain coverage myself?

Yes, you may submit the claim yourself. You will need a valid ICD-10 diagnosis code from your practitioner and the CPT codes (Current Procedural Terminology) found at the bottom of your test Requisition form. Submission does not mean your claim will be covered, therefore it is recommended to contact your insurance company for pre-approval.
